Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone and the message text. During browsing, and only after your consent, navigation data may be collected (analytics cookie identifiers, IP address). We do not collect special-category data nor perform profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact-form data is processed solely to answer your requests (availability, quotes, support): the legal basis is responding to your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Navigation statistics via Google Analytics are processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd (and, for certain processing, Google LLC), acting as data processor. The service collects the IP address and identifiers and sets the _ga and _ga_<container> cookies for aggregate statistics on site usage. Google Analytics is activated only after your consent via the banner (Google Consent Mode v2): until then no analytics cookie is set. Data may be transferred to the United States (Google LLC) subject to adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet any legal obligations, then deleted. Statistical data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months.
Recipients
Form data is delivered by email through the sending provider Resend; the site is hosted on Railway. Navigation statistics are processed by Google. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Technical/necessary cookies (e.g. locally stored preferences, session) require no consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after your consent and never before. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time via the banner (Accept/Reject) or by clearing cookies and locally stored data in your browser settings.
